I cant believe it! This is the kind of story I used to hear my grandparents tell.. about this day, long time ago when it rain in Lisbon!!
And now it is real!! How funny is that?! And how sad is it that I am far away.. in the desert!

As part of new year's improvement resolutions :) I plan to write more often about one of my all time passions - Marketing and about my newest passion - Dubai.

And I just found the perfect way to start it... talking about the newest marketing promotion ran by DAMAC, one of the big real estate companies in Dubai.

Going back....

In less than a week I will be back in Dubai.
In less than a week I will be celebrating a new year (yes, I like to celebrate things twice), a new city to call home and my dream job...

Funny as the feelings now are so different from the ones I felt back in May. I am now leaving not for something temporary, but for a place I will stay for a couple of years. No more living on the limbo, wanting to leave and to stay at the same time, as I felt for the past 2 years I spent in Lisbon. Dubai will be my new home. And I cant wait to go back.

I have so much to do, so much to learn, so much to visit and loads of work I cant wait to get my hands on.

I just cant stop thinking about all I want to do... so many ideas crossing my mind at the same time.

Fortunatelly, I still have time to go "where the land ends and the sea begins" (one of my favourite places to make thoughts clearer) and put all that into an "action plan", "deliverables" and "strategies"... :):)
